CUY's is a Chinese-style fried chicken with a touch of cinnamon. Every portion of the takeout is served with a sunny side up and super spicy chili powder.
The name CUY started from the conversations the founders took upon each other. In Indonesia, sometimes we call our buddy "Cuy". It's more of a faster and cooler way of saying "bro" and it's a gender universal word.
They wanted to look as Chinese as possible. We ended up using 好吃 (hăochī) which means "delicious" in Chinese. They want to keep the design as simple as possible so on the side of the takeout I added simple Chinese waves to keep things simple and elegant.
